Splitbook

Privacy

Your data stays yours.

Splitbook exports authorised Polar sessions into files it creates in your Google Drive. Compatible with Polar. Data from Polar Flow.

What we read

Polar authorisation grants AccessLink read access. Splitbook requests session details and FIT session files. Sessions can include dates, sport, distance, duration, heart rate, calories and location data inside files. We do not request unrelated Polar endpoints.

What we write

Google access uses only drive.file: files this app creates or you explicitly authorise for it. We create the Splitbook folder, your sheet and dated folders containing session files. We do not request access to your entire Drive. Sheet values use literal data, not formulas.

What we store

Our private database stores your NanoCorp account identifier, encrypted connection tokens, destination identifiers, session details and export status. Tokens use authenticated encryption with a separate server key. The database is hosted by Neon; server routes run on Vercel. Data may be processed outside your country. NanoCorp handles sign-in and payment; Splitbook does not receive card numbers.

Use and retention

We use session data only to provide and repair your exports. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or feed it into AI models. Session details and tokens remain until you delete your Splitbook account. OAuth state expires after 10 minutes; notification receipts are cleared after 7 days. Operational providers may retain backups under their own retention policies.

Your controls

You can revoke Google access in your Google Account connections and Polar access through Polar. Deleting your Splitbook account revokes connections and removes our active records. Drive files remain yours; remove them yourself if wanted. Cancellation of the plan alone does not delete your account. Contact polar4drive@nanocorp.app to request access, correction or deletion.

Cookies and analytics

Secure cookies maintain sign-in and protect account connections. NanoCorp analytics records site usage. We never include session details or tokens in analytics events. The service is intended for adults.
