The service
Splitbook connects one authorised Polar account to one Google Drive. It creates a sheet of session details and saves FIT files. Use accounts you own or have permission to connect. Splitbook is compatible with Polar, not made by or affiliated with Polar.
Available sessions
Polar AccessLink makes available sessions uploaded after registration with Splitbook, within its 30-day upload window. Connecting does not import sessions already uploaded before registration. We cannot recover older history. Session data and file availability depend on Polar, the recording device and granted permissions.
Price and payment
Your first real session and its FIT file export before payment. An empty sheet does not end this preview. Further session exports require the plan. The plan costs €3 per month for continuing sync. No yearly billing and no trial. Checkout displays the final payable amount and applicable taxes. NanoCorp is the merchant of record and handles payment, receipts and subscription management. Do not subscribe until you have verified your connections and sheet.
Cancellation
Use Cancel future renewals in your account to open the hosted billing page. Cancellation prevents future renewals; sync continues until the paid period ends. Your sheet and files remain in Drive. After the plan ends, you can delete Splitbook records and revoke connections. Cancellation does not delete Drive files.
Early access and interruptions
Google is currently in Testing mode: only approved testers can connect and authorisations may expire after 7 days. Reconnect when access expires. Sync checks run periodically, not instantly. Provider outages, revoked permissions or unavailable files can delay exports. We retry transient errors, but cannot guarantee recovery beyond Polar’s availability window. Your exports are not a substitute for a complete backup or medical advice.
Your sheet
You may add your own columns and formulas outside Splitbook’s managed columns A–K. Do not move or reorder managed rows: fixed row positions support safe retries. Unit changes update the managed distance and unit columns. Restore deleted sheets from Drive trash before reconnecting.
